You should have access to the cdb_forgotUserAccountPassword command. Please check your cdb_header.lib file in your CanelaDB/libs/ folder. It is in plain text. If you find that the header is missing that API, we will push an update.
In this vein, we have been releasing minor updates to the libraries. We have more improvements coming.
I verified that we still have not updated the docs for this API. I have the relevant files loaded to get this fixed.
