Which region of LiveCloud Manager are you using and what is the subscription plan of your account?

In the second screenshot with the execution error, please email the report to us.

my region : san fransico.
previously my package was rain. but downgraded to mist because it's not in the production stage. the error that I get is this.

Please try removing LiveCloud Manager from your computer and re-downloading it here. Are you still getting this issue?
