I want update you that we are in the process of updating all the regions with updated libraries.
The main change is that emails for new developer and user accounts will now store emails with all characters store in lowercase.
We have received feedback that people could not remember their email casing. This caused frustration.
To be clear, we are still supporting full case sentivity for passwords. Nothing is changing there.
We also changed how authKeys work. We no longer update the initializeCanelaDB handler in your apps. This model has been deprecated. This change alone will prevent the errors related to not being able to decrypt your config file. In the past, the key used for encryption was changing based on the last signed in user in your app. This could make it difficult to recover from.
What else are we working on for the near future?
We are reworking our APIkey system. The update will prevent sign-ins from different apps that use LiveCloud on the same computer from changing the API key forcing authorization again.
The downtime should be minimal with most of your clients not even noticing.
I'm newbie here to use this livecloud. unfortunately upon creating my account I have problem in choosing "Region" my region is not included in the list.
My region is in ASIA - Philippines.

Logging into LiveCloud Manager gives me this response:
"Incorrect email or password. Please make sure your email and password are correct and try again."
Resetting my password yields this response:
"Failed to reset password. There was a problem getting a response from the server for cdb_forgotAccountPassword. Please inform Canela about this."
In logging in from LiveCode standalone using developer authentication, I get this:
"Error. The server response could not be downloaded at this time. - could not receive nonse value."
I'm on the US-San Francisco region. This was on my Windows version, which is what I have always used. I also just downloaded LCM to my Mac and received the same responses.

Hi - there is a Livecode Integration > Custom Scripts in the coding list and it references an 'Appli plugin' -- is that accessible somewhere and maybe some beta instructions on usage?
Mark mentioned in another thread that appli was available on "free trial" for 45 days (from Devcon '22 conference).
But when I try to register, it doesn't offer a free version, but wants to charge for the first month immediately.
Is there a 'promo code' I need to use ?
Or something else I need to do differently ?
Hi - I can see the potential of Appli and I'm excited. I know it's early but can I ask about the status of scrolling list fields and datagrids or their equivalents for mobile apps?
